To enable collaboration while ensuring compliance, we verify the status of each independent professional. This includes, among other things, proof of:

  • Proper self-employment/business registration/tax registration
  • Business and professional liability insurance

  • Location-independent and project-based: at client sites, in a hybrid setup, or remotely
  • Assignment decisions are made individually, based on your profile and the project needs

How flexible are the working hours?

For permanent employees: individual models (e.g. 33 hours per week) with project-based flexibility

Are there travel times?

Yes, for field-based work. Travel times are taken into account in a fair manner.
