Efficient staffing strategies during peak season
Fall is peak season for vaccine trials. During these peak periods, when numerous vaccines are being tested simultaneously, many trial centers face a major challenge: There is a lack of flexible staff to handle the intensive workload within a short period of time.
Effective deployment of Flying Research Professionals
One of our projects demonstrated just how effective this collaboration can be: During the transition from fall to winter, our Flying Research Professionals supported a phase III vaccination study at four sites in Germany. With a total of 620 hours of support, they ensured patients were recruited, study visits were conducted smoothly, and eCRFs were documented—a crucial contribution to successfully managing the high competitive pressure in the study landscape.
