Efficient staffing strategies during peak season
Fall is peak season for vaccine trials. During these peak periods, when numerous vaccines are being tested simultaneously, many study sites face a major challenge: There is a lack of flexible staff to handle the intensive workload within a short period of time.
Effective deployment of Flying Research Professionals
One of our projects demonstrated just how effective this collaboration can be: During the transition from fall to winter, our Flying Research Professionals supported a phase III vaccination study at four sites in Germany. With a total of 620 hours of support, they ensured patients were recruited, study visits were conducted smoothly, and eCRFs were documented, a crucial contribution to successfully managing the high competitive pressure in the study landscape.
