At Camovis, we all share one thing: our professional roots lie in clinical research.
Whether as Study Nurses, Study Coordinators, CRAs, in medical documentation, or in other operational roles, we know what the daily reality of clinical trials feels like.

Over time, many of us continue to grow professionally, moving into areas such as project management, marketing, business development, coaching, or leadership roles.

What never gets lost along the way? Staying close to day-to-day clinical research.

That is why everyone on our team continues to take on operational responsibilities in client projects whenever it makes sense and is feasible. Not because we have to, but because we believe that true expertise comes from continuing to experience the realities of clinical research firsthand. 🙌

A great example is our colleague Julia: Today, she heads our marketing activities while still regularly supporting selected studies, for example during unblinded dosings. For us, this shows that expertise does not end with a change of role. It continues to evolve while staying connected to practical work. That is what makes our team special.
